The data you enter when registering (e.g., email address, first name) is transmitted to Shopify, stored on servers in the EU, and processed solely on our behalf for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Data processing may also be carried out by Shopify's affiliated companies in Canada or the USA. The EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Canada; for the USA, we have appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) in place with Shopify. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Shopify that ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes.
8.2 Revocation and storage period:
You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by sending us a corresponding message.
