
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify ZenSaku Studio, Ina Deeken, of the withdrawal by email to mail@zensakustudio.com . Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
The customer can declare the revocation informally or use the following template:
I hereby revoke the contract I concluded for the purchase of the following goods:
- Ordered on: [Date]
- Received on: [Date]
- Consumer name:
- Consumer’s address:
- Date & Signature (only for paper notifications)
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
- Individually manufactured products (print-on-demand products) according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB.
- Products personalized according to customer specifications (e.g., bespoke prints).
Goodwill policy : If the customer is dissatisfied with a personalized product, a voucher solution can be offered as an alternative to return .
For non-personalized products that were produced without direct influence of the customer, the right of withdrawal of 14 days applies .
3. Return costs & refund
- The customer bears the return costs unless the goods are delivered damaged or faulty .
- In case of a justified cancellation, the refund will be made within 14 days after the goods have been received back by the provider and inspected.
- The refund will be made to the original payment method.

📌 Additional information:
- The customer should pack the goods well to avoid damage during return shipping.
- If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly , the customer can submit photos as proof via email .
4. International Orders (USA & Canada)
The right of withdrawal also applies to orders from the USA and Canada .
- Customers from the US & Canada must also contact us via email at mail@zensakustudio.com .
- Shipping costs for returns from abroad are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.
Additional information for international customers:
- Returns from abroad may take longer to process.
- If a product arrives faulty or damaged, customers must send an email with photos for documentation within 7 days of receipt .
