1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him has received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform ZenSaku Studio, Ina Deeken, of the withdrawal by email to mail@zensakustudio.com . Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
The customer can declare the cancellation informally or use the following template:
I hereby revoke the contract I concluded for the purchase of the following goods:
- Ordered on: [date]
- Received on: [Date]
- Consumer name:
- Consumer's address:
- Date & Signature (only for notifications in paper form)
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
- Custom-made products (print-on-demand products) in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
- Products that have been personalized according to customer specifications (e.g., custom prints).
Goodwill policy : If the customer is dissatisfied with a personalized product, a voucher solution can be offered as an alternative to a return.
For non-personalized products that were produced without direct input from the customer, the right of withdrawal is 30 days .
3. Return shipping costs & refund
- The customer bears the return shipping costs , unless the goods are damaged or delivered incorrectly .
- In the event of a justified cancellation, the refund will be issued within 14 days after the goods have been received and inspected by the supplier.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- The customer should pack the goods well to avoid damage during return shipping.
- If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly , the customer can submit photos as proof via email .
4. International Orders (USA & Canada)
The right of withdrawal also applies to orders from the USA and Canada .
- Customers from the USA & Canada must also contact us via email at mail@zensakustudio.com .
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returns from abroad, unless the product is faulty.
Additional information for international customers:
- Returns from abroad may have longer processing times.
- If a product arrives faulty or damaged, customers must send an email with photos for documentation within 7 days of receipt .
