1. General information

We are pleased to be able to offer you our unique acrylic prints worldwide. Shipping is carried out in cooperation with our partner Gelato , which has a global network of production sites. This allows us to produce and ship your orders locally, shortening delivery times and reducing the carbon footprint.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver worldwide . Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union customs duties or import taxes which must be borne by the recipient. Please therefore inform yourself about the respective regulations in your country.

3. Production and delivery times

  • Production time: Our acrylic prints are made individually for you. The production time is usually 2-5 working days .
  • Delivery time: After completion, the delivery time varies depending on the destination country:
    • Europe: approx. 3–7 working days
    • North America: approx. 5–10 business days
    • Rest of the world: approx. 10–14 working days

Please note that in exceptional cases delays may occur over which we have no control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the size of the product ordered. The exact costs will be displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

5. Packaging

Your acrylic prints will be carefully packaged to ensure safe transport:

  • Protective packaging: Each print is provided with a protective film to prevent scratches.
  • Sturdy boxes: The items are shipped in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges to prevent damage during transport.

6. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping confirmation by email . This will contain, if available, a Tracking number that allows you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

7. Transport damage

If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mail@zensakustudio.com . We will find a satisfactory solution together.
